BREATHWORK. By using a specific pranayama, this beautiful practice will deepen your self-knowledge, release stuck energy & provide clarity. Great for reducing anxiety & stress, this practice is simple but profound.

YOGA NIDRA. Yoga Nidra is the space between awake and asleep. It is a state of relaxation that is unparalleled and found with ease. It's a special guided meditation; 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 2 hours of deep sleep.
