Breathwork is an active meditation using a two-part pranayama that will deepen your self-knowledge, release stuck energy, and let go of the messages that no longer serve you. You can release anxiety, limiting thought patterns, and even experience an emotional release. Make space for love, inner peace and all the good things in life. Connect back to the deepest part of your soul, and rediscover your true self.
This workshop will begin with an introduction to this breathwork practice, followed by a connected grounding circle. You'll then experience the active breath, followed by a beautiful integration.
About your guide:
Tiffany Curren is a Breathwork Facilitator and Healer, Reiki practitioner and RYT 200 with an additional certification in Yoga Nidra. She was trained to facilitate Breathwork under both Erin Telford and David Elliott in Levels 1 and 3, respectively. She received Level 1 and 2 Reiki certification from Carol Anne Patterson, Certified Reiki Master. She received her RYT 200 at NJ Yoga Teacher Training, and her Yoga Nidra certification from Scott Moore, E-RYT 500. She holds safe space for people to dive deep and look within, heal core wounds, and free up space to live with purpose.She lives 30 minutes outside of NYC with her husband, kids, and three rescue dogs.
