Connect the Breath is a guided journey using Yoga Nidra and hands on assist. After you book your appointment, you will receive an email from me asking what theme you would like and then a few questions around that theme. Each session is specifically directed to your needs and desires.
This is a guided meditation with slow belly breathing.
Did you know that a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session is equal to 2 hours of deep sleep? Go to a place deep inside yourself, by way of the gentle belly breath connection and the practice of Yoga Nidra. Tiffany Curren will guide you on a journey, allowing you space to deepen your sense of self and feel rested. This session is done in savasana. Reiki, hands-on assists and essential oil blends will be used in class. Nap your way to enlightenment. First session includes an eye pillow for you to keep (and bring for future sessions).
