MIND BODY MELT: Balancing the mind and body through movement, breathing, and meditation, this gentle class is like a big exhale for your mind. Gentle yoga, deep breathing and savasana make this class magical. All levels welcome. Classes currently held on Sunday nights at 7:30 pm at Indigo Hot Yoga in West Caldwell, and every other Thursday night at 8 pm at Iris Mind + Body in Cedar Grove.
