Full Beaver Moon Breathwork
Breathwork is a very active and emotionally engaging breath practice. Using a two-part pranayama, this practice will deepen your self-knowledge, release stuck energy, and let go of the messages that no longer serve you.
Great for helping alleviate anxiety, limiting thought patterns, while experience an emotional release. Make space for love, inner peace and all the good things in life. Connect back to the deepest part of your soul, and rediscover your true self.
This workshop will begin with an introduction to this breathwork practice, followed by a connected grounding circle. You'll then experience the active breath, followed by a beautiful integration.
It is recommended that you eat light before this practice.
